At ShadesOfMalibu.com, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest level of customer service. Our customers and vendors know that each transaction is guaranteed to meet their satisfaction level. If a problem arises, we'll fix it.
All sunglasses and eyeglass frames may be exchanged within 30 days of their shipping date. This is a one-time exchange only service.
Prescription lenses are customized items and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If new lenses are required as part of a frame exchange, a 50% credit will be applied to their cost. Shipping Charges will apply on all exchanges.
Return and Exchange Policy for Undamaged Items
No restocking fee on the first 3 frames returned (20% thereafter)
If all original product packaging is not returned a 25% restocking fee will be incurred.
Prior to returning an item, please obtain a Merchandise Authorization Form from Eyeglasses.com by calling 1-888-896-3885 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days from the time they are received for returns and exchanges to be processed.
Exchanging Sunglasses or Eyeglass Frames
All sunglasses and eyeglass frames are eligible for a one-time product exchange within 30 days of the original ship date. After 30 days, all items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
No collect shipments will be accepted and we do not pay for return postage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should you receive a product(s) that you did not order, please contact Eyeglasses.com customer service as soon as possible by calling 1-888-896-3885 or emailing us at email@example.com.
If the boxes in which items arrive have extensive visible damage, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service department immediately. In some instances, returns may need to be processed through the manufacturer.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the time they are received for returns to be processed.
All claims must be made within 3 business days upon receipt for all damaged items.
